Leif Baradoy enjoys making things big and small.

He is the CEO of Giftbit. He cofounded the company in 2011 and has led the business through startup days, pivots, and growth.

Leif also established, and eventually wound-down, another product company called Lightrail from 2016-2020.

Alongside entrepreneurship, he puts his energy into high performance athletics, creative projects, serving others, and raising his children.

Trail running is Leif's primary athletic outlet. He is a former professional triathlete and was most recently a captain of Team Canada for the 2023 Multisport World Championships in Ibiza, Spain.

Leif splits his time between Calgary, Alberta, and Vancouver Island, in the unceded traditional territory of the K'ómoks First Nation.
