I read 100 years of solitude when I went to western europe after high school grad, and really really really loved it. I would go so far as to put it on my top ten books of all time. It particularly impressed me as it was not written in english…

Also, I am inspire I feel as though I should establish some set of goals for this coming year, and will endeavour to do so much a demain.

Thanks Ian. There are definately a few challenges on the list, but this year’s list is possible. I think the paying off all debt will be a big challenge.

I’d say that this year’s goals are SMARTer than last years. For some of your goals last year, I think you should be proud of yourself for getting as close to completing them as you did (especially the concerts, plays, and literary events one). And goals 1 and 4 were virtually mutually exclusive.

But I think this year you’ve got a list of goals that can actually be achieved. It’ll be really interesting to see how you do with them, especially with so many goals revolving around writing a lot of poetry.
